In one of the sessions students discussed several ways in which computers could be used on farms and composed the following list:

  • Graphing crop production
  • Storing records and data
  • Checking weather
  • Expenses (inputs)
  • Tracking exports and imports
  • Tracking rainfall
  • Monitoring fuel use
  • Tracking sales
  • Tracking shipping costs
  • Field mapping
  • Production records

These videos are available in Windows Media Video (WMV) format. The video clips are of the same subject but at different qualities and file size. The video was created by using a standard video camera and captured on a computer using an ATI VGA All In Wonder 8MB PCI video capture card.
